Abraham Felix is an award-winning director and DP based in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

His background in writing and editing for print and television birthed his passion for visual storytelling. He worked as a rostered commercial DP and eventual director for 3 years before quitting his job to pursue independent filmmaking. He is driven to tell stories that mine emotional depth, explore human themes, and infuse empathy, compassion, and hope within audiences. To him filmmaking is a platform for saying things that truly matter, and he carries this responsibility into his craft.

In his spare time he dabbles in photography and produces The altBR Podcast and Drawl with Jacob Jolibois in Baton Rouge.

He is currently in post-production on his debut and second narrative short films "Jane" and "Desolate After Them" simultaneously, expecting both films to be completed in early 2018.
